Tallahassee Police Make Arrest Following Holton Street Homicide

The Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) has arrested two suspects in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred on Aug. 16 at the Leon Arms Apartments, located at 2502 Holton Street.
During the initial investigation, detectives quickly identified multiple people of interest. Evidence collected at the scene, along with information obtained through a search warrant, revealed probable cause to arrest the two suspects.
As the case progressed, detectives determined the suspects entered the apartment with the intent to rob the victim, a juvenile male. During the attempted robbery, the suspects fatally shot the victim.
This arrest is a testament to officers working diligently to sort the facts of the case and bring justice to the victim and their family.

Arrested:
- Kory Hill, 16, for first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a delinquent
- Kino Thompson, 18, for first degree murder
